Purpose
The NJ CISM Collaborative is a group of trained and experienced volunteer Critical Incident Stress Management teams who, along with reputable and allied professional organizations, work cooperatively in supporting the well-being of New Jersey emergency responders.
Mission
The NJ CISM Collaborative provides New Jersey career and volunteer emergency responders with well-being support before, during and after critical incidents. The Collaborative teams are peer led and mental health guided. They consist of trained and experienced volunteers who offer support and education through individual and group interventions.
